Hollywood A-listers are assembling to struggle on behalf of crew members, who develop into “like household” whereas bringing their TV exhibits and movies to life.

The union is asking for change in the case of excessively unsafe and dangerous working hours; unlivable wages for the bottom paid crafts; “constant failure” to supply affordable relaxation throughout meal breaks, weekends and extra; and employees on some streaming tasks getting paid lower than these on conventional blockbusters, even on productions with larger budgets.
